Matching | The mass comparison of Outlook contacts with the blocked persons in the Pythia database is started. Regardless of whether there are hits, you will be asked at the end if you want to log the result of the comparison. The logging can also be done after viewing the result in the sync editing window. The Outlook contacts are matched with the data of blocked persons in the Pythia database. As the data in the sanctions lists for blocked persons often do not have first or last names, but only a list of keywords or identifiers, the search is structured as follows: 1. search for first name (if known) and surname in the fields first name and surname (e.g. ID 6011 lists an Alena (=first name) Ananich (=surname): you would find her with this) 2. search by first name (if known) and surname in the search terms (e.g. ID 6553 lists an Omar Hammami, without any other first or last name: you would find it with this) |
