PLUTOS Accounting

Become very precise in your financial and asset accounting, cost accounting and project controlling.

The PLUTOS App Suite includes all apps for efficient accounting. There are apps for the areas of financial and asset accounting, as well as for operational accounting with comprehensive cost accounting and project controlling.

Some important apps in the individual areas are summarised in the following overview, but you can also use our AppsWarehouse homepage KLIO to get answers to your questions about the performance of the classix apps in accounting.

Financial accounting

Special features of financial accounting include fully integrated cost accounting, i.e. P&L transactions can always be posted in parallel to cost elements, cost centres and cost units, with cost elements acting as sub-accounts of P&L accounts. Furthermore, transactions can be split into debit and credit as required.

In addition, purely imputed costs with budgets can be recorded and processed independently of the general ledger.

The debit and credit sub-ledgers can be extended to include sub-ledgers for staff members and commission recipients and are fully integrated in the dunning and payment system. Debtor and creditor down payment requests are listed separately in the open items, allowing clear and transparent management.

A detailed journal, clear and freely configurable totals and balance lists for G/L and subsidiary accounts as well as other extensive functions in reporting and interfaces (GoBD (formerly GDPdU), ELSTER) make PLUTOS a valuable tool in financial accounting.
