Working Group
Description
This module is used to maintain working groups. Through working groups, individual employees are organised into work departments.
Functionality
Input window
This window is used for maintaining workgroups. You can select a working group by entering the desired number in the Number field and confirming with RETURN. If you want to call up the list window, you can select the menu item "Search".
Enter a name for the group. With 'Group leader' the list of employees opens. This allows you to select the appropriate employee directly with a double click or with 'OK'.
All current workstations are stored in the 'Workstations' field and you only need to select the appropriate one. In the field 'Standard costs' you can enter a value of your choice.
Via the menu item 'Edit - Group members - Insert' the list of employees opens again, from which you can select the individual employees of the group.
Press 'OK' to save your entries.

| Capacity planning | Behaviour on release of the parts request if the planning is exceeded |
| : Warning message | When this check box is selected, this workgroup is checked when a part request is released. If the planned working time exceeds the planned capacity in a KW, a list with the affected KW's is displayed. However, the release is executed. |
| : Canceling the release of the part request | If this check box is selected, a message is displayed for the 1st week when the planned working time exceeds the planned capacity, specifying the working group and calendar week. The release is cancelled. |

| OK | Changes to the workgroup are saved. If no changes are made, the button is locked. |
| New | The input window is cleared. |
| Delete | The displayed working group is deleted. |
| Close | The window is closed without saving changes. If you want to save the changes, you must press the "OK" button. |
